As the General Contractor (GC) we take responsibility for the performance of the work, in accordance with plans, specifications and contract documents, providing and controlling the labor, material and equipment to accomplish the work.
Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction project, management of vendors and trades, monitoring schedules and budget, maintaining accurate records and communication of information to involved parties throughout the course of a building project.
Responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment (such as vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the succesful construction of the project.

construction management

Construction Management (CM) is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion, meeting a client's requirement to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
We act as an extension of staff to the Owner and manage the entire project with pre-planning, design, construction, engineering and management expertise.
Responsible for the entire construction project, from permits, to bids, and right through punch list.

pre-construction

Pre-construction services are used in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins.
In pre-construction, early feasibility studies, and design development is supported by construction cost estimation for use in the decision-making process. This process starts early in the planning process via collaboration with the client, architects, designers, and engineers.
Beyond cost estimating, the pre-construction team participates in value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and design costs.

design-build
