Large scale renovation of an iconic pre-war apartment building on the Upper West Side. The project included the restoration of many of the building's original features, such as the grand courtyard and central staircases, while updating the interiors to offer modern luxury amenities. Over sixty of the existing two hundred and thirteen residences were renovated into spacious high end condos, all designed with the highest quality materials and finishes.

This project featured numerous custom designs and fit outs for unique client requests.
